Rescheduling a Pickup
IF YOU CANNOT MAKE A PICKUP
you are welcome to send a friend, neighbor, etc. to pick up for you. Or you may reschedule with 48 hours notice via email (no calls or texts). The make-up must take place within three weeks of the original date. Rescheduling options are:
Tuesdays 2-6pm
Saturdays 9am-1pm

Sorry, but a missed pickup is just that—a missed pickup.
Yes, it does happen, and that is why we offer pickup insurance (see over).

Pickup Insurance keeps you covered.
Pickup Insurance is recommended for members who occasionally/frequently find themselves running late or forgetting about pickup. When you sign on, farm staff will automatically pack up your share if you haven't arrived by one hour prior to closing. Your share will be stored in an accessible, shaded, non-refrigerated location, and you'll have 24 hours to claim it.
